FOR LICENSED AGENTS
Keep 100% of your commission.
No split. Not at three deals, not at thirty. You pay a flat fee on each closing, it stops entirely once you hit the cap, and a transaction coordinator works every file.
THE PROBLEM
A split taxes you for getting better.
On a split, the better your year gets, the more the brokerage takes. Sell twice as much and you hand over twice as much. Nothing about the service you receive doubled.
- A split scales with you. A cap stops.
- Support is usually the first thing cut to fund the split.
- The tools get sold back to you as an upgrade you already thought you had.
THE MATH
Same closing. Bigger check.
A $400,000 sale at 3% is $12,000 of commission. Here is what reaches you at AXEN against a common 80/20 split, on our published fees.
| On one $12,000 commission | A typical 80/20 | AXEN, Pro |
|---|---|---|
| The brokerage's share | −$2,400 | $0 |
| Fee for the closing | varies | −$500 |
| Admin fee on the file | varies | −$295 |
| Transaction coordinator | often $300–$500 | $0 |
| You keep | $9,600 or less | $11,205 |
On 12 deals at $9,000, you keep $97,860 at AXEN against $86,400 on a 20% split — $11,460 more.
One illustration, not a promise. Commissions are negotiable and your own number moves with your price point and your plan. The shape is the point: a split takes more every time you sell more. A cap stops.
AGAINST THE FIELD
Priced against where you are now.
The same 12 deals at $9,000, priced at each brokerage's own published plan — including $500 a file for a coordinator everywhere that does not include one. Change the numbers on the last slide and these move with them.
What you keep after fees, splits, franchise cuts and a coordinator. Published plans, dated and sourced on the full comparison. Plans change and splits are negotiated — check your own.
THE PLANS
Two ways in. Both cap.
AXEN Pro
Under about 12 deals a year
Everything below, priced for a solo agent.
- No commission split, ever
- Deal Desk coordinator on every file
- Full tech stack included
- Revenue share, $100 a closing per level
AXEN Elite
More than about 12 deals a year
The same, plus the in-person rooms and masterminds.
- No commission split, ever
- Deal Desk coordinator on every file
- Full tech stack included
- Revenue share, $200 a closing per level
Plus a $50 monthly platform fee, payable monthly or at closing, and $295 admin on each file. The cap resets each year, and a smaller commission costs less — files under $2,500 of commission are charged at a reduced rate, and under $1,000 there is no closing fee at all.
WHAT YOU GET
A coordinator on every single file.
Our Deal Desk runs the contracts, the deadlines and the paperwork on every file. Most brokerages charge $300–$500 a file for this or leave you to hire your own. It is covered by your admin fee here.
Offers, listing agreements and the pending paperwork, prepared for you.
Every contingency and critical date watched, with reminders before they land.
Opened and coordinated, with the lender and escrow officer kept in step.
A weekly written update to your client so you are not the bottleneck.
The file is prepared for broker review and archived for your protection.
You negotiate the terms and attend the closing. The desk does the rest.
WHAT YOU GET
The tools are in the price.
No separate technology bill, and nothing to buy before you can start working.
Lofty — your own site, lead capture and follow-up.
Live earnings, every deal, your cap and your downline.
CMAs off real sold comps, listing copy, flyers and social, written for you.
On-demand and live, from people still closing deals.
Your AXEN email and the rest of it.
In house if you want them. Never required, for you or your client.

THE THREE STALLS
What actually stops people.
When someone goes quiet, it is almost always one of three things. None of them survives the arithmetic.
The most expensive reason to wait. That last stretch is a cut of every cheque to reach a line that resets in twelve months. What you already paid toward your old cap is credited to your AXEN cap — pay in $12,000 or more and your file fees are $0 until your anniversary. Less, and you owe only the difference.
Two things before you take it. That split was available the whole time; they did not offer it until you had a foot out of the door. And a better split is still a split — it takes more every year you grow. A cap does not.
Your pendings transfer without interruption; we have done it hundreds of times. The deal you are protecting is the one you keep more of by moving first.
