This Privacy Policy explains how AXEN Realty (“AXEN,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the AXEN Realty portal and mobile app (the “Service”). The Service is an internal business tool for AXEN Realty agents, brokers, and staff.

Information we collect

Account & profile information you or your brokerage provide: name, email, phone number, business address, license number, headshot, and brokerage role.
Business activity you create in the Service: transactions, referrals, recruiting notes, messages, expense submissions, event RSVPs, and onboarding progress.
Technical information needed to operate the app, such as authentication tokens and basic device/log data.

How we use information

To provide and operate the Service (logins, ledgers, leaderboards, chat, referrals, and related features).
To calculate commissions, revenue share, and related brokerage reporting.
To send service-related notifications you opt into, such as message and account alerts.
To maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Service.

How information is shared

Information is visible within AXEN Realty according to role-based permissions (for example, agents see their own data; administrators see brokerage-wide data). We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as our cloud database and authentication provider) and only as needed to operate it, or where required by law.

Data storage & security

Data is stored with industry-standard cloud infrastructure and protected by access controls and row-level security so users can only access data their role permits. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we use them only to deliver Service-related alerts. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements applicable to a licensed real estate brokerage.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. Some information may be retained where required for legal or recordkeeping purposes.

Children

The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 18.
