FOR REAL ESTATE TEAMS

Bring the team.
Keep the economics.

No split from your leader. No split from your agents. A flat fee on each closing that stops for the year — and whatever your team agreement says about splits is simply what happens.

A TEAM MEMBER'S YEAR

$500 a closing, until $3,000

$295admin per file · pays the coordinator$50/moplatform, per agent · the whole toolkit

About 6 closings. Every one after that is $0.

WHO TAKES WHAT

You set the splits. We take none.

Stored in the portal and applied to each closing — not reconciled by hand.

THE PROBLEM

A split charges the team twice.

The commission is cut once on its way to the team and again on its way to the agent. The leader builds the business, trains the people and carries the risk — and the brokerage takes a share of work it did not do.

The brokerage takes first

Its cut comes off the top, before your team agreement pays anybody.

Your best year costs the most

A split is a percentage. Double the team’s production and you double what the brokerage takes, for the same service.

Reduced team caps come with gates

Most national brokerages do cut the cap for team members. The deepest reductions are earned with volume minimums, agent-count minimums, or both — and they can be lost in a slower year.

The leader buys the stack

Coordination, a CRM, a site for each agent, training — bought by the team, or billed to each agent as an upgrade.

Your splits live in a spreadsheet

The brokerage tracks its own cut. What your team owes each agent is yours to reconcile by hand.

Growth is a cost centre

Every agent you add is another seat to pay for before they close anything.

Named brokerages, priced on published plans with dates and sources, are on the full comparison. Team-specific caps are not published by those companies in anything primary, so this page describes the shape rather than quoting a figure we cannot source.

WHAT A TEAM PAYS

The whole bill, on one screen.

There is no split to model, so this is all of it. Put your own team in and watch every number move.

YOUR TEAM, PRICED

89.5% stays with the team

No split on any of it. The team's own splits are yours and never touch this.

$250 under $2,500 of commission. $0 under $1,000.

THEN IT STOPS

$3,000

ADMIN, PER FILE

$295

Pays the agent's coordinator and the state broker's review. Many agents pass it to the client.

WHAT GROWTH COSTS

One agent, over a year, as they sell more

$21,600$7,140
1 closing12 closings
A 20% splitAXEN, all in

Over a year, one agent on a 20% split costs $21,600 at 12 closings, rising with every closing. The same agent at AXEN costs $7,140, because the file fee stops at the $3,000 cap.

A split takes a percentage, so it rises with every closing. AXEN's line bends where the file fee caps — it still rises, because the admin fee is per file, and drawing it flat would overstate us.

The team plan is how an agent on a team is placed; it is not a plan a solo agent elects. Leaders run on Pro ($500 a file, $6,000 cap) or Elite ($1,000 a file, $12,000 cap). Leases and referrals cost 10% of the commission and never more than $295. The cap runs from each agent’s own AXEN anniversary, not 1 January.

FOR THE TEAM LEADER

Run the team inside the brokerage.

The split schedule, the onboarding, the recruiting offer, the books — features of the portal here, not spreadsheets you maintain against it.

YOUR ROSTER

Every agent, every cap, live

Each agent's own progress to their cap, without asking accounting.

THE DEAL DESK

A coordinator on every file

Named, per sale, for every agent on the team — paid from the admin fee.

Your own onboarding packet

Agents joining your team sign your packet, on your template, instead of a generic one.

Your own recruiting offer

Publish the offer your team makes — headline, promise, what you add — as its own page.

A team ledger

What the team is owed and what it has paid out, kept with the closings rather than away from them.

Sub-teams

A team can sit under another team, so a larger organisation keeps its shape.

Partnerships share a cap

Two-person partnerships run on one shared cap and see each other’s numbers.

Your lender, title and warranty

Set the team’s defaults once. Your client is never required to use any of them.

FOR THE AGENTS ON THE TEAM

Nothing is held back from your people.

Team members are not a lesser tier. Your agent gets the same desk, the same tools and the same training as anyone else here — on the lowest cap we offer.

THE TOOLKIT

Nine tools. None of them an upsell.

No separate technology bill, and nothing held back for a higher tier.

THEIR CAP

$3,000

$500 a file for about 6 closings, then $0.

A broker in their state

Named, licensed and reachable for contract questions — not a ticket queue.

Their leads stay theirs

Always. What they bring is theirs, and so is what they build.

Rev share of their own

Five levels, no quota to unlock a level — they can build alongside the team.

BUILDING BEYOND THE TEAM

Revenue share, five levels deep.

A team agreement pays you on your team’s production. Revenue share pays you on everyone you bring to AXEN, whether or not they ever join your team.

$100 per closing per level while they are on Pro or the team plan, $200 on Elite. This is how it is structured; it is not a promise of any amount. Qualifying teams can also apply for a joint venture — AXEN has no stock program, and the joint venture is the only ownership path. Open the calculator.

MOVING THE TEAM

Group transitions are the normal case.

Everyone moves together

Routine here, not an exception somebody improvises.

Listings and pendings

They transfer without interrupting a live deal — and a pending your old broker releases costs $0.

Your brand stays yours

Your team keeps its name and identity. You are not re-badged.

Your database stays yours

It moves into tools you did not have to buy, and it is still yours.

E&O from day one

Coverage and legal protection on arrival, for every agent.

Licence and MLS

We handle the transfer paperwork with each agent's state.

Credit for what you paid

On Elite, the reverse sign-on credits what you already paid toward your old cap this year.

Live onboarding

Four sessions in week one with a person on the other end, for each agent.

QUESTIONS TEAM LEADERS ASK

The answers, in full.

Can I bring my whole team to AXEN Realty?

Yes. Group transitions are normal here — your agents, your listings and your pendings move together, and your team keeps its own name and brand.

What does a team member pay at AXEN?

There is no commission split. Team members can be placed on the AXEN team plan: $500 per closing, which stops at $3,000 for the year. After that, file fees are $0 until their anniversary. The $295 admin fee per file and the $50 a month platform fee still apply.

Who sets the splits between the team and its agents?

You do. AXEN does not take a split from anyone, so whatever your team agreement says is what happens. Your split schedule is stored in the portal and applied to each closing, rather than tracked in a spreadsheet outside the brokerage.

Does the team leader pay the same as the members?

The leader is on their own plan — Pro at $500 a file capped at $6,000, or Elite at $1,000 a file capped at $12,000, which adds the in-person masterminds and the reverse sign-on credit. The team plan is for the agents on the team.

Can a two-person partnership share one cap?

Yes. Partnership teams share a single cap and can see each other's numbers in the portal.

What happens to our pending deals when we move?

They transfer without interrupting a live deal. Pendings your old brokerage releases cost you $0 at AXEN — no file fee and no split on them.

Do my agents still get a transaction coordinator?

Every sale gets a named Deal Desk coordinator, for every agent on the team, paid out of the $295 admin fee on the file. Most brokerages charge $300–$500 a file for that or leave the team to hire its own.

Can we keep our team name and branding?

Yes. You are not re-badged. Your team keeps its identity, and your database stays yours.

Do team leaders earn revenue share on the agents they bring?

Yes — five levels deep, with no recruiting quota to unlock a level. It is paid per closing, and it is separate from whatever your team agreement pays you.

Can a team have sub-teams under it?

Yes. A team can sit under another team in the portal, so a larger organisation keeps its structure instead of flattening into one list.

READY

Start with your own numbers.

Bring your roster and last year’s production. We price it on the published plans in front of you, and if the maths does not work for your team you will know in the same conversation.

AXEN Realty, LLC. Commissions are negotiable and are not set by any brokerage. Every AXEN agent hangs their licence under a named managing broker in their state, and any firm licence can be checked against that state’s real estate commission. Plans described here are the published plans and can change.
