I’m close to my cap. Do I lose it?
What you’ve already paid toward your cap gets credited toward your AXEN Elite cap. Paid in $12,000 or more and your file fees are $0 until your anniversary date; paid in less and you owe the difference. It runs on the Elite plan and has a payback clause if you leave early — ask for the addendum before you count on it.
What happens to my pending deals?
You bring them. We move your active and pending files with you and help with the paperwork. Nobody loses a closing over a license transfer.
What if I have a slow year?
Then a flat fee is even better for you. A split takes a cut of every deal no matter how few you do. A flat fee only shows up when you actually get paid.
How long does the move take?
License transfer, board and MLS, E&O, brand setup — a checklist with a real person on each step. Most agents are working again within days.
Am I locked in?
