Thirty minutes, live. Bring your hardest questions — splits, caps, and what the move actually costs you.
You're booked.
Check your email for the Zoom link — it's on its way now. If it isn't there in a few minutes, look in your Updates or Promotions tab.
Take what you closed last year. Add up what your broker kept. That number is the whole conversation.
| Split brokerage | AXEN | |
|---|---|---|
| 10 closings | You lose a slice of all 10 | $5,000 total |
| 20 closings | You lose a slice of all 20 | $6,000 — capped |
| 50 closings | You lose a slice of all 50 | $6,000 — capped |
$500 a file until you hit $6,000, then nothing for the rest of the year. Plus a $500 platform fee and $295 admin per deal — most agents pass the admin fee to the client. That's the whole fee schedule. Ask us to walk it line by line on the call.
Every closing between now and then is charged at your old split. That is the most expensive way to wait.
Ask for it in writing, and ask whether it's for everyone or only for you. A number that only holds while you're a flight risk isn't a plan.
Paperwork on your end is about 20 minutes. Your state board and your current broker set the timing on your license and anything you have pending — we'll tell you exactly what to expect for your state on the call.
Thirty minutes. Then you'll know.
No recording. No pressure. Bring the questions you're afraid the answer is bad.
