AXEN charges a flat file fee per closing: $500 on Pro (capped at $6,000 a year) or $1,000 on Elite (capped at $12,000). The cap year runs from your AXEN anniversary, and after the cap the file fee is $0. A sale under $2,500 of commission pays 10% of the commission instead. Leases, rentals and referrals pay 10% (max $500 on Pro, $1,000 on Elite) plus a $50 admin fee. Every sale also has a $295 admin fee, even after the cap. Platform fee: $50 a month, $500 a year, or $600 from your first closing. Leads AXEN hands you carry a 25% fee. No commission split. What does it cost, all in?
- No split. You keep 100% of your commission.
- File fee: $500 a closing on Pro, capped at $6,000 a year. $1,000 on Elite, capped at $12,000. After the cap, the file fee is $0 until your AXEN anniversary.
- Sale under $2,500 of commission: the file fee is 10% of the commission instead.
- Leases, rentals and referrals: 10%, max $500 ($1,000 on Elite), plus a $50 admin fee. It counts toward your cap.
- $295 admin fee on every sale, even after the cap. Most of it pays your Deal Desk coordinator and your state broker. Many agents pass it to the client.
- Platform fee: $50 a month, $500 a year, or $600 from your first closing. If that first closing is under $2,500 of commission, we only take $50 for each month since you joined. The rest comes from your next closing.
- Leads AXEN hands you carry a 25% fee. Your own leads stay 100% yours.
Am I charged anything to sign up?
No. $0 to sign up and no card. Nothing is charged until your license is active with AXEN.
I already paid toward my cap this year. Do I lose it?
Pick Elite. Its reverse sign-on credits what you already paid toward your old brokerage’s cap this year. Ask for the addendum on your call so you know the terms.
What happens to my pending deals?
If your old brokerage releases a pending to AXEN, it costs you $0 here: no file fee, no split.
What does the $50 a month cover?
Lofty CRM, an IDX website, AI Studio, SkySlope, Lightspeed VT, Google Workspace email, Fetch geofarming, Agent Net marketing, FSBO.com, a Deal Desk coordinator on every file, a state broker, AXEN University and live support (Ace chat plus real people).
How does rev share work?
5 levels deep, with no quota to unlock a level. When an agent you brought in closes, you earn $100 a level if they are on Pro ($200 on Elite). It is paid while a file fee is charged on that closing, so it stops once that agent caps. It is not a promise of income.
Do my clients have to use AXEN’s lender, title or insurance?
No. AXEN has affiliated mortgage, title and insurance companies. You and your clients never have to use them. Your clients can pick anyone.
My spouse is an agent too. Can we join together?
Yes. You share one cap, and your spouse pays only the platform fee ($50 a month or $500 a year). Your spouse gets their own login, tools, support and rev share line. Tick the spouse box in the form, or see how it works.
